We have been offering property in the four provinces of Crete – Chania, Rethymnon, Heraklion and Lassithi and have been offering people advice and assistance when buying their Cretan home since 1993. Although nothing can replace you going to view the property yourself, we hope that we can save you time and cost by having visited ourselves. Some properties may be on the lists which we have not yet seen, but we do then inspect them on the earliest trip possible. Properties in Crete come and go at a remarkable speed so that the list of properties you might receive the first time round is not always indicative of the vast range available over a period of time and it is always advisable to telephone for a more up to date list about 3 weeks prior to leaving on a viewing trip.
