Parnassos Ski Center – Skiing in Greece is the largest and best organized ski center in Greece, which is located at an altitude of 1600-2.200m. Parnassos Ski Center welcomes winter sports fans at two locations: Kelaria and Fterolakka. Parnassos Ski Center is very popular with winter sports fans, as it is located very close to Athens, Lamia and Patras and its facilities can cater for a large number of skiers, snowboarders and visitors. In Parnassos Ski Center there are 13 lifts available: Six aerial, six tow lifts and one four-seat telecabin. Two learner baby-lifts are available for beginners to assist them in their first skiing or snowboarding attempts. There are 18 ski runs totaling 22 kilometers. The ski runs vary between 320 meters to 4 km in length, and cover all levels, from beginners to advanced skiers and snowboarders. For adventure seekers there are 12 off-piste “black” routes with deep snow and lots and lots of adrenaline.
