Speleo Caving In Greece

Speleo Caving In Greece has organized succesfully missions of exploration in unexplored caverns, gulves, sinkholes etc. all over Greece. Speleo Caving is trying to contribute in the recording and in the protection of the beauty of caves in Greece.

With the aid and the direct collaboration of the Ministry of Culture (Eforia of Palaeoanthropology and Speleology) it contributes in the documentation of all caves that it explores, so a Pan-Hellenic registration of caverns will be documented.

Speleo also organizes cave rescues. Cave rescue is the rescue of people involved in an accident inside a cave. When there is a serious accident in a cave, one person should get out notifying the local authorities and the rescue team.
