Perleas Mansion eco-tourism in Chios Greece

Perleas Mansion eco-tourism in Chios Greece is a place combining the nobility of an old mansion with the beautiful environment of organic farming offering high quality holidays to eco-tourists who want to experience nature. The Perleas mansion estate overs 4 acres and encompasses about 1100 citrus and olive trees. The olive trees provide the necessary oil for cooking and there is also a small production of potatoes and vegetables. All cultivation has been certified as organic since 1993. There is also a stable with chickens, turkeys, goats, rabbits and pigs. Lately, a small handicraft unit has been established producing fresh, all natural marmalades and sweets from age-old traditional Chian recipes. Much of this produce is used in our restaurant. Built in 1640, Perleas Mansion maintains its traditional hospitality extended against a backdrop of an unspoilt natural environment and with rooms beautifully decorated will provide an ideal setting for relaxation.
