At the foot of Mount Idi, in a green valley north of Zaros village, we have created an eco-tourism community with ten traditional-style bungalows with lofts which are magically situated on the slope of a valley at the exit of Agios Nikolaos’ Gorge, which leads to Rouvas Forest. A place of unique peace and beauty, Eleonas resort provides the perfect choice for discerning nature lovers and those with an adventurous spirit. Your stay at the resort will offer you the chance to relax in a wonderful, natural environment. To make your stay more enjoyable we have made facilities available for various activities such as horse riding, mountain bikes, hiking, climbing or archery or you can enjoy the natural environment walking in the nearby gorges or countryside. There is a Tavern on the resort which provides traditional Cretan cooking. Our bungalows will sleep 2-4 people and are surrounded by natural flora for a relaxing holiday.
