Child pornography in Greece

Those distributing child pornography material on the Internet will be penalized with hefty fines and imprisonment, as per the new reforms of the Justice Ministry Bill to be soon submitted to Parliament.

“The distribution of pornographic material with children has taken the dimensions of a global plague and presents features of organized crime. We have the obligation to protect the children, our children, from this threat,” underlined the Minister.
